and Bohn condensing units provide cooling capabilities, specific for
each customer's products, including chocolate or enrobed
applications
- Each evaporation chamber contains a dual
fan assembly designed for specific CFMs of air movement throughout
the cooling tunnel as well as defrosting and condensation removal
- Zone controls
- Stainless steel infeed and discharge and
belt pans over live roll nose bars with pneumatic belt tracking and
tensioning
